To further enhance the value of our service to its customers, SCF Marine operates in compliance with a U.S. Coast Guard approved Vessel Security Plan developed to meet the applicable requirements of Title 33, Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Subchapter H. By complying with these regulations for maritime security, SCF Marine is able to transport products that are considered to be "Certain Dangerous Cargoes" by the Coast Guard. SCF Marine's Security Plan provides a high level of security for all regulated products being transported in our barges and helps to improve its maritime security. |
